MR. L. A. BALOGUN

Alhaji Balogun is a 1975 graduate of Southwest College London, UK and fellow of the Institute of Certified and Chartered Accountants, UK. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria qualifications achieved in 1979 and 1999 respectively. He has served in various capacities in both the public and private sectors. After a successful and rewarding 15 year career with UACN Plc he commenced his career in the Nigeria Export Import Bank in 1992 as Deputy General Manager, Finance and Accounts. He became Head of Risk Asset Management Department in 1996. In 1998 he became General Manager, Head Finance and Accounts and later General Manager, overseeing the Project & Corporate Finance and Admin & Personnel Departments.

In 1999, having briefly served as acting Managing Director/Chief Executive he was appointed Executive Director (Management Services), a position, which he still occupies.
